We have all been hearing of the human experience of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a member of the greater Cambridge community, we support efforts to do everything possible on behalf of the health and well-being of everyone, including our CSL Greater Boston community—and all those whose lives they touch.
We also care deeply about the wellness of CSL Greater Boston's extended community—especially those on the “front lines” of the pandemic. Our hearts are open to provide comfort to those affected by the outbreak.
WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW THROUGH THE END OF MARCH
Our Leadership Council has agreed that we will suspend in-person meetings at 50 Dudley Street, Cambridge, and hold our Sunday services on Facebook Live alone on March 15, 22, and 29 with the intention to resume live, in-person, services commencing Sunday, April 5. Our Sunday services may seem a bit different over the course of the next few weeks but we can still gather together in love and community.
In fact, we urge you to reach out to each other, to your neighbors, to those you love. The essence of our teachings is not only found in our textbook but in the relationships, you form with each other. This is a new opportunity to strengthen our bonds of community and loving kindness.
9:45: Join us for a 10-minute meditation on Facebook followed by our sermon at 10 AM on each of the coming Sundays in March.
Stay tuned for other online opportunities such as our Spiritual Cinema which will be set up online using zoom video technology. The way we connect may be different, but the love is as strong as ever!
Please go to our website and submit any prayer request that you may have cslboston.org. We are here to support you and your financial support is essential in supporting our Purpose in the World!
