"It takes no energy to love; it is hate that is destructive. It does not take mental or physical energy to be happy, but unhappiness and morbidity consume so much energy that it devitalizes us mentally and physically. It does not take mental or physical energy to build up hope; it is despair that blocks us. All it takes is faith." ~Dr. Ernest Holmes

"As we put aside confusion, strain, self-condemnation the answer comes. It is as though Infinite Spirit Itself were speaking: "It is not unbelief, but a belief in unbelief which limits." All things are possible to him who believes. Cease believing in unbelief. Be honest with yourself, admit that you can mentally view more than you can mentally embody at this moment. But also know that progress and growth depends upon brining this high believe into complete acceptance. Be not angry, do not condemn if it does not happen at once. Perhaps this case too calls for fasting and prayer. Keep your thought clear, your purpose high, and you will find that the clear high vision of possibility will become a living belief of embodiment. As this embodiment becomes your experience, you will find your belief in unbelief has vanished and the only possible answer to your prayer of anguish will be, "Lord, I believe." ~Reginald Armor
